Characteristics
● This dryer adopts the special process, and the selected desiccant is molecular sieve with stronger adsorption force, and has better effect than others.
● It employs industrial PLC - small solenoid valve-pneumatic valve actuator to replace controller-large solenoid valve actuator, so long-term and reliable operation can be guaranteed. 
● This dryer is equipped with a silencer which can greatly reduce jet noise.
● This dryer is assembled on a metal frame, no need of a special base; therefore, it is convenient to install and maintain.
● The switching period of dryer is 60 minutes, so the air wastage is greatly reduced.

    Micro-heat regenerative adsorption compressed air dryer is cleaning equipment which makes compressed air purer compared with the freeze drying.
    It employs the activated aluminum oxide whose bore diameter is similar to the diameter of water molecular as adsorbent. In the most internationally advanced principle of pressure and temperature swing adsorption under normal temperature, when in adsorption the pressure of water molecule in the air is larger than that of water molecule in adsorbent, water molecule enters the adsorbent, condenses into drops on the surface of adsorbent, and releases condensation heat which will be stored at upper portion of the adsorption tower.
    When in regeneration, pressure of water molecule in the adsorbent is larger than that of water molecule in the air, and heat energy stored in the adsorption tower and heat energy from the heating drum will evaporate condensed drops into vapor more completely, then dry air will bring the vapor out of the dryer.
 
       Process flow diagram:
● Turn on the power supply, adjust the working time and sequence of the controller (generally the working time and sequence and the running time have been set when delivery, users adjust it according to the time-scale), set up the upper temperature limit at 120°C and the lower temperature limit at 115°C, check whether the pressure of compressed air is normal, press the start button (this machine has the memory function of time and sequence, and can automatically operate after being powered on). 
● Open compressed air inlet valve (equipped by user), open the purge air release valve. Adjust the pressure of control air course to 0.5~0.7MPa, and open the dry air outlet valve (equipped by user). 
● Adjust the regenerative flow valve, control the regeneration air consumption within 4% of rated processed air quantity. Start No. 1 heating start control switch, or start No. 2 heater to work simultaneously if the preset temperature is unreachable. 
● The whole system enters into the normal working condition.
 
Stop program
● Close the compressed air inlet valve, dry air outlet valve, and clear off air in two towers;
● Press the stop button, and cut off the power of control cabinet.

1. The pneumatic valve is inactive.

1。 There is no output at the output ends of the controller or individual ones;

2。 Solenoid valves are broken;

3. The pressure of control air course is too low.

1。 Check whether the supply lead is in good condition。 

2. Check whether wiring of solenoid valves and coils are good;
3. Adjust the pressure of control air course.

2. The air course indication of program controller is not corresponding;

The outputs of the controller are connected with left and right solenoid valves incorrectly.

Exchange the electric wires of left and right solenoid valves;

3. The regeneration tower and the drying tower cannot be switched.

1. The solenoid valves are broken;

2. The output signal may be wrong. 
3. The pneumatic cut-off valve is broken.

1. Check whether the wiring and coils are in good condition;

2. Check the output end of controller;
3. Check and repair the pneumatic valve.

4。 The pressure of regeneration tower is slightly higher。

1.Purge air is slightly larger;

2. One-way valve leaks.
3. The pneumatic cut-off valve leaks.

1. If it works normally, the purge air quantity can be reduced appropriately.

2. Check and repair the one-way valve;
3. Check and repair the pneumatic cut-off valve.

5. The outlet air dew point is slightly higher.

1。 The drying effect is not good。

2. The desiccant is poisoned or contaminated.
3. The purge air quantity is too low.

1. Dry it again;

2. Change desiccant;
3. Increase the purge air quantity.

6。 The pressure drop is too large, the exhausted air contains dust。

1. Desiccant is seriously broken;

2. The outlet filter screen is blocked.
Screen or replace desiccant;
Clean or replace the filter screen.
